Member Bidding

I only have this option on extra job board settings. I would like to see a few options here, since member bidding does not apply for a regular job seeker trying to send a resume/proposal for that specific job. Also should the Amount field be hidden if you´re only trying to apply for that job.
I think we need option fields that you can add or delete like what you have on Custom Fields that appear on your listing attributes.

Also on the main search menu it only shows 1 sub category under Position Type, where do I change that to add more options.
