Make Plus Plus button error

When adding a new Make & Model using the plus icon next to each field – there is a fault with the javascript function.

The page crashes when adding any new entry.

Moreover, it should be an optional extra as a function and not a standard feature.

This should be controlled by admin, since the User could use this to add nonsensical entries which will become very tricky to manage and easy to troll.
