Listing in google search

Hi,
I have tried finding my listing in google for a keyword . I noticed that the business name is not in the title with the keyword. I also noticed that the description is also from a different listing. however when I search by the business name everything is ok.
I want the business name along with the keyword in title when I search by a keyword. Where am missing? Iam using all in one seo pack. Also I don’t put the business name in keywords. Is it causing this.
A solution is expected from the forum members as I want to fix this problem in the early stage.
