JQuery File Not Found

Could someone point me in the direction of where I can find the following file: ?

https://www.site.com/wp-content/themes/AT/framework/js/jquery.countdown.js?ver=c7cfd6ece81c1fd144cafef6166da587′></script&gt;

It 404’s – I can’t find a mention of it in the original download files (there doesn’t seem to be a js folder in the framework folder?)

Annoyingly this is breaking my HTTPS – I would appreciate a pointer.
