    The concept of employers listing vacancies within the jobs theme is clear, but within this theme can you allow “prospective applicants” to pre-load their details into the site so employers can check availability of expertise in their area also?
    So there is a “jobs vacancy” approach, but is there a “persons for hire” mechanism?
