Job Board Theme Functions.

Just looking into the functions of Job Board theme to buy, to make it as an employment site.
Not able to confirm the following functions from the demo:

1. Employers can search the CV based on certain criteria like, years of experience, job domain, etc..?

2. Employers with certain membership/listing package can only search CVs.

3. Separate control panel for Employer (can not post CV) and Job seeker (can not post jobs).

4. Possibility to add/remove custom fields in the CV by admin.

Enlightening on job board features are much appreciated.
