Issue with selecting Listing Attributes

Hi again! =)

Found a bug.
When user select a “Listing package” and then choose “Listing Attributes” the user has 2 options. “Normal Auction” or “Classifieds (Buy now only)”.
The bug is when select the “Classifieds (Buy now only)” some of the fields disappear but when select the “Normal Auction” again the “Starting price” is gone.
See screenshot or please try yourself to see if this is a problem for everyone or just me..

Help please.
