Imported Jobs

Hello,

Few things:
1-All imported jobs are going to Post, how can I get them to show up under Listing Manager?
2-You have “audio, doc and image” under the Listing setting only, can we have them under User setup?
3-Account verification shortcode to add in the ” Welcome email” Template
4-He managed to separate the Job seekers to prevent them from posting jobs, but now the : I am a Job seeker and I am a Recruiter are showing up under ” MY account” – see attached.

Note: I did hire a designer to fix #s 2-4, but he was not able to fix them, he said it’s hardcoded in the theme)
Any help would be greatly appreciated
