I need some help for custom layout tweaks for the listing page .. PLEASE :)

I have a real estate theme setup and would really appreciate a few pointers if anyone can help …

1. If someone adds a listing and then there is an enquiry from the listing page … is there away to divert all enquiries to one central email rather than to that of the person/subscriber/member that added the listing?
2. How do i hide the [address] [state] [keywords] from the listing page?
3. how can i make it so when adding a listing … keywords are required?

1. How can i add a third tab to my listing page? below is the current custom layout. I would like to add a third tab and then display certain detail there because with around 40 listing fields to display the pages are a little long
