How to Limit Title Text on listing form in Real Estate Theme

    I need to limit the text in the title box to 50 characters max as it seems to be unlimited and causes elements of each listing thumbnail on front page to be all over the place. Can anyone offer some advice on what i need to enter and where?
    Any help is much appreciated!
