how to disable posting of auction for logged in user

    Hi guys,

    Is it possible to easily disable the posting of an auction for registered user, who are logged in. Right now, by default anyone who is registered user can start a new auction.

    I want this to be allowed to Admin only. And only admins posts the auction, then anyone can bid one them. But not be allowed to post any auctions.
