Having trouble with the resume/CV search function.

I’ve noticed that the resume search only allows a keyword search of the resume name (i.e. Resume User 1, Resume User 2, etc..). So basically if a recruiter is searching for resumes, entering job-specific keywords will return 0 results. How can I fix this problem? It doesn’t make sense to have a paying member scroll through a massive list of resumes without the ability to narrow them down.
