Finalized auctions are not showing up in order manager

We did our first auctions last weekend and realized that the finalized auctions are not showing up in the Order manager and we (Admin) did not receive any email notification about the lucky winner. I am sure something is wrong with our settings.

Any Idea where I could make a mistake???
