Exporting to Google merchant using Export Tool/Paid For App Or Googles Own

Hi,

I had a non responsive Shopper site now updated to responsive.

It is a carpet cleaning company.
I used a Google merchant App from Richard bonk which usually always works but for some unknown reason only two pages upload to Google merchant and they are not products, just terms and conditions.
I have deactivated the app, using the standard as i have only 18 “products” which are really services that we do. Google were helpful, got own spreadsheet from Google to upload. BUT again only two pages download, cant download all the other listings…..
Need to get it to Google merchant to advertise so this is really important.

Need help on this one urgently.
