Er.. Where is the seller admin panel…

Just set it up, looking good, but noticed the following when testing which are quiet serious areas.

1) Why is the money automatically held by the site and not released to the seller immediately after completion?

2) Why is there no money account for each seller where they can see their current balance and request their funds if No1 can not be completed?

3) Why is the buyer information not available in a panel where the seller can see who has bought their item?

These are pretty standard requirements for any online site so may be i am missing something or a link or url or page etc can someone please enlighten me as to where the seller can achieve these standard facilities within their account….
