Email confirmation link not sent

i have created a site in to Premium Press Shop Theme. when i go to the registration page to register as a new customer, it is not sending me a confirmation link on my register Email address but it is showing that a confirmation link has been sent on your Email account. But in actually doesn’t sent. I am not even using any third party plugin. Please help
