On the Add Listing page, I’d like to be able to edit the step 4, “Listing Details” quite a bit.
I’m not a developer so I’m trying to learn how to do that. Am I correct that the file that would be edited would be “tpl-add.php”?
For example:
– want to remove the “Status” option where user can choose new, nearly new, or used
– want to edit the choices in “Type”, to remove choices such as City Car, and add choices such as Convertible.
– and a few other changes I want to make
I am not sure if I can safely edit the tpl-add.php file, if it is indeed the correct one. Wondering if I can copy the file, put in a child theme folder, and then edit the tpl-add.php file that is in the child theme folder?
