Edit Header Text HTML

I’m using the shop theme and under the ‘General Setup – Top Navigation’ it has three boxes with Title and Description info in each. Under the ‘Header Layout’ it is set as HTML. Where do I go to edit the corresponding HTML file for that? I’m wanting to only use text in the left and center box and not the right. If I delete the text it removes it but it leaves the icon in the third box, which I don’t want there.
