Design Setup Customisation

When using Design Setup to customise colors, font etc there are 3 widget/content boxes that do not pick up the customisations.

When I change the Content Box Background > Title Background and > Text Title Color it changes all of the widget/content boxes on the site except for the Listing Box (neither background or text color changes), the Bidding Options (background color changes but text doesn’t) and the Bidding History (background color changes but text doesn’t) boxes.

I urgently need to resolve this before going live with my site.
