Description Contents Do Not Appear in Listing

I have encountered this issue off and on when creating, editing and saving listings in my Responsive Shop Theme on my site at https://makelifebetter.com-products.info/

When I Preview the changes made, I can see what I have created or edited, but after I save the listing and view the post, the description area is blank.

I have included screenshots of the Preview and View Post screens so you can see the difference.

I have edited and re-edited the post many times, and refreshed the page many times, to no avail.

Is this a bug and has anyone else seen this before?

Can you please tell me why this is happening and how to fix this?
