Customize Coupon Offer Listings

Is there a way to customize the coupon offer listings as follows:

#1: Increase the description character count to display more content when being displayed on the homepage or store pages. Content is cut off if it is too long.

#2: Allow links within the content to be clickable from the offer when shown on the homepage and store pages. Links seem to only be clickable once you get to the listing page for the specific offer. Also, any custom HTML (red font or other HTML) only displays from actual listing page, not when featured on homepage or store pages.

#3: Ability to display multiple images for an offer to appear within the listing and also allow these images to have their individual links. (Would like to achieve a display similar to Dealmoon.com – is this possible in the Coupon Theme?)
