Custom Fields are showing on the Package, even not assigned to them.

Hi, I am new to Real Estate Theme. I have added many custom fields and those are assigned to two Packages. But I have added another (3rd) package only for Wanted ppl. In this, don’t want to show all details i.e. bedrooms, baths… etc etc.
When, I add a new listing under Wanted Category, it goes to Pending. I as admin, open that listing and Publish it, at that time it assigns custom fields to this listing, while it should not be assigned.
