Custom content in header instead of search

Hello everyone.

I am working on a project (see link at the bottom), where I want two “CallToAction-Buttons” and the top of my website that just links to the “Create Listing”-Page. But right now I have this search field where you can search for categories.

My question to you is how I can remove the searchfield and put the two buttons on the page instead. My first thought was to use some hooks or filters, but I don’t know how to do it. You can see how it is now, and what I want it to look like on the attached images. I hope you can help me.
