Country Registration Field – Hong Kong listed last not alphabetically

Hi
I notice that Hong Kong is listed last on the country list in registration (thevapers.org).
I need Hong Kong to be placed alphabetically, not at the bottom of the list. It’s critical as Hong Kong is the one country that this development is targetted at.
Can you please provide how to do so please. I tried editing class_search.php but failed….
