Contact Form on Responsive Shop Theme

Hi there, There’s a contact form on each product page, however, how do i set up which email the completed form will go to? I have tested the contact form however it does not work? Do i need contact form7 plug in? Also when i go to the Overview tab, theres a red cross near ‘Plugins’ when i click on ‘Plugins’ it takes me to the ‘Toolbox’ Page.
