Comments in Shopping Cart not coming through

Hi Mark – Hi everyone!

I have installed a Shopping Cart – Made a few minor changes to have it suit what the needs are for the client… but I have a problem insofar as the client has had customers ask why the “Comments” left on the cart are not showing up or being answered by the client… ie: customer buys something in the cart… leaves a question in the Comments (instruction area) and the instructions are not in the order, they can’t be found anywhere… what should happen is that they end up being emailed to the client with the order. The shortcodes for the Email don’t give any specifics other than the order_data see my screen shots… the website is https://www.alkalineionisedwater.com/go/ if you need to take a look… I would be happy for anyone that wants to help here… to use a TEST order to see the way things are working. Just make sure that you use a TEST name, not a real name… this site is for Australia only so they won’t send you or sell you anything… the payment methods are Bank or Paypal… and all is functioning as it should…
