    Is there a known problem with CP and the Child Themes? Whenever I install for example September 2016 Blue child theme configuration options disappear from the Theme Setting >>> General Setup tab, particularly Main Menu settings. If I switch back to the stock CP default theme everything returns and operates as it should.
