Change the text colour in sub headings?

Anyone any idea how to change the text colour in sub headings without changing the colour of the text in the body of the content boxes?.

Add listing>Create Listing – brings up 6 sub headings.

1. Account Creation
2. Listing Description
3 Listing Category
4 Listing Attachments
5 Listing Details
6 Listing Location

The background I am using is dark blue. How do I change the text without changing the text colour in the content boxes?
