Cannot download auction theme..

    Hello, I just purchased the Auction Theme and I click on download and nothing happens.. status says connnecting but nothing goes any further. I then pasted the link direct from the email to download and same thing nothing happens.

    What am I doing wrong? Tried Chrome, Firefox and internet explorer and all are doing the same thing.
