Can we remove the time stamp from Date Available and Requested Delivery Date

We are using custom fields to have our Posters add a date when vehicle is available and date when it must be delivered. It currently shows the time when posted.

We do not want the time. It makes it seem like the vehicle must be delivered by that specific time and we are not using that level of detail.
