Buyers VS Sellers & Membership Packages

auctionpress is the theme I am using.

I am going to try and make this as simple as possible because I am thoroughly confused.

I understand the need for packages and I am not going to use listing packages on my site.

What I want is very simple yet I cannot seem to get it right. Here is what I want.

1. Membership Package that allows sellers to post unlimited for a 30 day period and I have a package set-up for that.

2. Buyers that do not have to pay. They simply are buyers.

The problem I am having is that those that upgrade to the Membership Package cannot see other auction listings if the want to buy.

To summarize, I will have…

members that are only buyers and I don’t want them to have to pay anything.

members that will be buyers & sellers so they will have to purchase a membership package, but I still need them to be able to see the auction listing from other members and be able to bid on them.
