Buyers and Sellers

Is it possible to create two accounts only when signing up to the auction site, either as a Buyer or Seller?
If the person had an account as a ‘Seller’, they would have the ‘add listings’ feature within their dashboard account and also other upgrades packages available such as featured etc.
If the account was a ‘Buyer’ they would not see the ‘add listings’ section account within their dashboard account, as they are not selling anything.

Basically, would it take a lot of doing to set this up?
