bug with buy it now

Hi guys i have a fairly urgent issue.

I created a test listing for buy it now. i purchased the listing all payments went through etc..
However the listing was still visible for a second user to purchase the same item. after the second purchase the listing was removed.

I did have the quantity set to 1

using latest auction theme.
