Bidding Options – Color of "Make Bid" and move dollar sign $ to the left?

    When looking at an item on the “Bidding Options” How can I change the color of the “Make Bid” button? and is there a way I can switch the dollar sign from the right hand side to the left? to be in front of the bid amount?
