Auction Finished Email

I have it set to send the seller an email notifying them that their auction has ended and used the winning bid shortcode in that email… however I was under the impression this email was sent when the sellers item sold and am now receiving the email for all closed auctions even those without a winning bid.

Is there not two separate emails that can be sent… one that goes out only when the auction closed with a winner and one just letting them know it closed without a winner?
