Asking for Listing Payment When None is Due – DT

We are having an issue where the user logs in and when they edit their listing, are confronted with a “payment is due and listing is not live” message at top of edit page.

However no payment is due and the listing IS live. Checked wp user profile and listing manager and both are set to “enhanced listing” which is as should be. Please see image attached and offer you thoughts. Site URL https://www.cartoonactors.com
