Apply for Jobs without membership

Hi there, I have set up my Job Board Theme site for a recruitment agency, and happy with how everything works, bar one thing. ……..I do not want people applying for jobs to have to create a membership/register, log-in and then apply for a job.

All I want is them to do is search the jobs, view the details of the job and then apply with their basic contact info and attach their CV in the simple form process that will email the form and CV and job title of job applied for to an email address.

Any suggestions?! Sure this must be a common request for people using the theme for this purpose!
