Adding users' reviews on listings pages

Hi there,

I want to display users’ reviews on each listing page like in FIVERR:

So I added the [comments] shortcode but it seems not really useful. each user can submit a comment and rate the listing, but the listing author cannot reply to each comment and don’t get any notification when a comment is submitted in his listing page…
Alternative for that can be adding a feedbacks box that will only display the buyers’ reviews and without letting each user the option to submit a comment. That said:
1. Any thoughts on alternatives or these are the only options there is?
2. How can I add a feedbacks box for each listing that will display the buyers’ reviews?
