Add listing page

Hi. Ive been using the real estate theme for sometime now and made quite a few adjustments to suit my requirements. The one thing im struggling to work out is how to remove the text the says ‘Per Listing Packages and Our per listing packages let you pay for each listing separately.’ and also remove the magic wand icon on the top right.
I want to remove this completley as i have added my own custom text below this and some images.
Also is there any way to centralise the listing package boxes, i have 2 packages on my website ans they look odd sat to the left with a big white space at the side!
Any help would be much appreciated.
