A few questions about shortcode [LISTINGS]

Curious if I was to use lets say this shortcode:

[LISTINGS cat=’423′ orderby=’date’ order=’desc’ show=20 grid=false]

1. Is there a way to NOT show the listings image?
2. If image must be shown – a 150×150 thumnail instead

Goal is: I am adding this shortcode into a ‘TABS’ widget for a different way to display listings without the gaudy pic element cluttering the list. It works presently as is, but the pictures ruin a cleaner look.
