8.7 Footers Styles

    Have noticed on all recent 8.7 updates that all the footer come in every colour called black.

    How on earth do we change the footer styles.

    No matter what I have tried the black is there! It appears that all the styles contained in the style sheet is completely over ridden or ignored.
