Permalink Cannot Be Changed

Hi,

I try to change the permalink into POST Name but it will result in my page become not found page.
So i asked the live chat and he ask me to have .htaccess file.

After checking, there is no problem with my .htaccess file.
Anyone having this problem?
Or has been solved?
