Free membership package but still have to pay at new listing

    Test situation: I have a listing package for 90 days for 9.95. It works great. Even with a coupon.
    The user can add one listing. Then I created a membership package, for free, allocated to the listing package and for 10 listings. So my testuser kan have 11 listings for 9.95 and for 90 days.
    -after ‘buy’ the free membership package the system goes to the add new listing page and requires payment! it is just the same page.
    -there is no information about the amount of total listings to be uploaded.
    what do i have to do to give my user 11 listings?
