Having Issues With PHP setting Can Someone Help?

Hi,

I am seeing these 2 in red when I installed my shopper press theme onto my hosting provider– Hostgator– shared hosting.

(1) Video thumbnail Service
ffmpeg setting — mine is set to off

(2) and the Max Execution Time
max_execution_time- setting.– mine is set at 30

Does anyone here have a workaround or suggestion on how I can fix these 2 please?

I asked hostgator, but they said i would need a dedicated server in order to have these turned on? I even let them log into the word press and that is what they are saying?

Is this true??? Do we need to have dedicated server hosting in order to now use the shopper press theme ??

I sure hope someone here with more knowledge on this can help me get it fixed? I have not added anything into this store, as this is stopping me from doing so thanks everyone!!
