Working with The Quick Search on the Home Page

Hi, I’m new to the boards and the Job Board Theme. I have many questions and will start with the Quick Search on the Home page. I see where I can edit the advanced search in the Theme Options, but how do I edit the quick search?

I have many questions and I’m wondering if I should post several posts or try to start with just a few questions per post. Let me know the best way to work in the boards here.
