Issue- After Auction ends even if no one bid or won I still see "Pay Now"

    I setup a short auction and after it was over, I noticed that I could still click Pay Now and it took me to paypal where I could have made the purchase.

    Seems like if an auction ends with no bids then the Pay Now should not be an option.
