VAT not added correctly

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me:

    1. When I add an item and then checkout the VAT included in the price is displayed properly, however, when I add a second or third item the VAT for these two product is not added.

    2. When I go to my account and look at my purchase the system adds the VAT again, causing a discrepancy between the amount that shows in my account and the amount on the invoice, which incedently is correct. See the screenshot.

    I would appreciate any help.
