Translation Auction Press

I bought the Themme Auction.
I have a debt with translations .

in other themmes I used the PO Edit or Codestyling Translation plugin . But this theme that is not possible , then …
1- How to proceed to create a translation file Portuguese .
2- Where the translated file is saved ?
3- I’ll have to make a new translation in Admin , every time you install the theme ?

4- I translate only once and later installations , just add the translation file . Can you please help me
