Big Icon Path Issue

Hi,
I want to update one of my category icons, which sit at the bottom of my home page:

As you can see I’ve a lot of Icons, all of which where originally uploaded priory to the new 6.6.6 version. Yesterday I updated the Slug name for my Ferrari icon, since then I’ve not been able to up load a new Ferrari picture for the Icon???

I place the new picture link into the box (Big Icon Path) Press save & nothing… its as if its NOT saving the new pathway link…. I’ve tried everything from deleting the Ferrari Category to copy & paste exciting code in to box……. nothing is working!! This should be such a simple task…… In the mean time my home page as the text for Ferrari, sat next to a blank image..
