Add listing, no media option

Hi, when a user (or admin) goes to the add listing page – I only have 3 steps namely Title, Desription, Auction settings. There is no option to add media. I have checked that listing manager has “Enable user uploads” enabled.

I can however add it manually inside wordpress dashboard. But i cant seem to see the option to add pictures in the add listing page.
